PERBEDAAN STRES KERJA DAN STRATEGI COPING DITINJAU DARI SHIFT KERJA PADA KARYAWAN BAGIAN OPERATOR PRODUKSI DI PT. NUSA TOYOTETSU CORP 2nd FACTORY

- This research has purpose to know whether there is difference work stress and coping stress viewed from the shift work on the employees operators in PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corp 2nd. with the type of comparative research. Populasi in PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corp 2nd as 538 people. Sample in this research are employees of department stamping as 64 subjects. The method of analysis in this research was conducted with SPSS version 21. The result of this research is quantitative by using data analysis technique independent sample t-test. Hypothesis test results on the working stress variables retrieved the value significance of 0,340 and coping stress for variable of 0,170. The hypothesis of this research is accepted, There is no difference in stress work and coping stress on the employee operators stamping department in PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corp 2nd between shift red and shift blue. Keyword : stress work, copping stress, shift work Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan stres kerja dan strategi coping ditinjau dari shift kerja pada karyawan bagian operator di PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corp 2nd. Dengan jenis penelitian komparatif. Populasi karyawan pada PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corp 2nd sebanyak 538 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada departemen stamping yang sebanyak 64 orang. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Independent Sample t-test. Hasil uji hipotesis pada variabel stres kerja diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,340 dan untuk variabel strategi coping sebesar 0,170. Hipotesis penelitian ini diterima, yaitu tidak terdapat perbedaan stres kerja dan strategi coping pada karyawan bagian operator stamping di PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corp 2nd Factory antara shift red dengan shift blue. Kata Kunci: stres kerja, strategi coping, shift kerja
