Therefore the fire department tribe uses an e-performance system to determine computerized speed with PHP programming languages and MySQL databases. This system is used for PHL employees (casual daily employees) to obtain information on performance and attendance. PHL (daily freelancer) in the fire department tribe still performs manual attendance recording. Therefore e-performance applications for attendance and performance records as well as computerized payroll computations are based on android. What is needed e-performance is a web service for admins and android apps for information systems for daily freelance employees (PHL)

Suku Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran merupakan instansi Pemerintahan pada setiap Unit atau cabang menjalankan kegiatan, dari menjalankan kegiatan tersebut itu diaambil nilai sebagai tolak ukur pemotongan gaji dan menentukan pegawai tersebut layak dipertahankan atau tidak dan pada tahap menjalankan kegiatan itu masih di catat secara manual. Oleh karena itu suku dinas pemadam kebakaran memerlukan sistem untuk memerlukan sistem e-kinerja untuk menentukan pemotongan gaji yang terkomputerisasi dengan Bahasa pemogramam PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem ini di buat untuk pegawai PHL(pegawai harian lepas) untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang kinerja dan absensi. PHL(pegawai harian lepas) di Suku dinas pemadam kebakaran masih melakukan pencatatan absensi secara manual. Maka dari itu aplikasi e-kinerja untuk pencatatan absensi dan kinerja serta perhitungan pemotongan gaji secara komputerisasi.berbasis android. Yang dibutuhkan e-kinerja adalah web service untuk admin dan aplikasi android untuk sistem informasi buat pegawai harian lepas(PHL)
