  • This study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment, compensation and work life balance on PT. Panca Tunggal Rent. The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Panca Tunggal Rent. This study was conducted on 46 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate the results of simultaneous test (test f) shows significant value and the results of partial test (t) show that organizational commitment and work life balance have a negative and significant effect while compensation has no effect. Therefore, the test results from this study state that there is an influence between organizational commitment and work life balance on PT. Panca Tunggal Rent. And there is no influence between compensation for turnover intention of PT. Panca Tunggal Rent. Keywords: Organizational Commitment Compensation, Work Life Balance, Turnover Intention PT. Panca Tunggal Rent Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasional, kompensasi dan work life balance terhadap turnover intention PT. Panca Tunggal Rent. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Panca Tunggal Rent. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 46 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil uji simultan (uji f) menunjukkan nilai signifikan dan hasil uji parsial uji (t) menunjukkan komitmen organisasional dan work life balance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan sedangkan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh. Oleh karena itu, hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara komitmen organisasional dan work life balance terhadap turnover intention PT. Panca Tunggal Rent. Dan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kompensasi terhadap turnover intention PT. Panca Tunggal Rent. Kata Kunci : Komitmen Organisasional. Kompensasi, Work Life Balance, Turnover Intention PT.
