Economic Growth, Local Own Revenue (PAD) and General Allocation Fund
(DAU) on Capital Expenditure Allocation by considering the data collected.
The data used in this study is taken from the Regional Budget (APBD) by the
Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Finance Minister from 2013-2015 in the
form of Budget Realization Report and Central Bureau of Statistics from 2013-
2015 in the form of GDP growth rate.
The test results show that Economic Growth has a negative effect on Capital
Expenditure. While Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) and General Allocation Fund
(DAU) have significant effect to Capital Expenditure.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris dan mengetahui
pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan Dana
Alokasi Umum (DAU) pada Alokasi Belanja Modal dengan mempertimbangkan
data yang dikumpulkan.
Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari Anggaran Pendapatan
dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) oleh Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan,
Mentri Keuangan dari tahun 2013-2015 berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran dan
Badan Pusat Statistik dari tahun 2013-2015 yang berupa Laju Pertumbuhan
PDRB.
Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh
negatif terhadap Belanja Modal. Sedangkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan
Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal.
