The variables to be analysised in this research namely human capital (VAHU), structural capital (STVA), and customer capital (VACA), as the independent variables while the financial performance of the firm as the dependent variable.
The population used in this study are all manufacturing sector food and beverage firm listed on the indonesian stock exchange in the period 2012-2015, as many as 15 firm manufacturing. Of the 15 firm listed, taken a sample of 12 firm by using purposive sampling method. The methods of analysis usedmultiple linear regression. Data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the website.
The results of this experiment showed that structural capital (STVA) have partially affect the financial performance of the firm, but human capital (VAHU), and Customer capital (VACA) not have partially affect the financial performance of the firm.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap Kinerja Keuangan perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel-variabel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah human capital, structural capital, dan customer capital, sebagai variabel independen sedangkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen.
Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2012-2015, yaitu sebanyak 15 perusahaan manufaktur. Dari 90 perusahaan yang terdaftar, diambil sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs www.idx.co.id dalam bentuk laporan keuangan perusahaan sampel yang dipublikasikan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa structural capital (STVA) yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, sedangkan customer capital (VACA) dan human capital (VAHU) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan.
