Hotmix sample test using Marshall method and wheel tracking to determine the strength of optimum asphalt content (KAO) at filler percentage 0%, 2%, 4%, 6% and 7%. The data were obtained from sample test at DKI Jakarta Bina Marga Laboratory. Based on the results of this study showed that asphalt optimum content obtained for 5.5%, and asphalt content Optimum replacement filler using Red Brick Red Stone by 2%. This proves that the addition of red brick ash has a significant effect on the stability and flow rate of the AC-WC mixture. Durability and flexibility of AC-WC type road construction is better. From Wheel Tracking test results obtained that the filler using cement get 2739 trajectory / mm, while the filler using red brick ash gets 2520.0 Trajectory / mm.&#xD; Keywords: Marshall, Wheel Tracking, Red Brick Ash, Optimum Asphalt Level&#xD; &#xD; Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari formula hotmix jenis asphalt concrete binder&#xD; wearing (ACWC) yang tepat dengan cara menambahkan abu batu bata merah untuk&#xD; mengetahui Void in Mix (VIM), Void Filled With Asphal (VFA), Marshall Quotient (MQ),&#xD; Void In Mineral Agregat (VMA), Kelelehan (Flow) dan Indeks Kekuatan Sisa (IKS).&#xD; Pengujian sampel hotmix menggunakan metode Marshall dan Wheel Tracking untuk&#xD; menentukan kekuatan kadar aspal optimum (KAO) pada persen filler 0%, 2%, 4%, 6% dan&#xD; 7%. Data diperoleh dari pengujian sample di Laboratorium Dinas Bina Marga DKI Jakarta.&#xD; Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kadar Aspal Optimum yang didapat&#xD; sebesar 5.5%, dan Kadar Aspal Optimum pengganti filler menggunakan Abu Batu Bata&#xD; Merah sebesar 2% . Ini membuktikan bahwa penambahan, abu batu bata merah memiliki&#xD; pengaruh nyata terhadap nilai stabilitas dan flow campuran AC-WC. Daya tahan dan&#xD; kelenturan konstruksi jalan jenis AC-WC menjadi lebih baik.
