- There are several technological developments and materials in the field of construction as the main material of conventional building walls, including light concrete panels and precast concrete (precast). This study aims to determine the ratio of cost and time between the use of alternative materials lightweight concrete panel walls, precast concrete walls (precast) and red brick walls. The methods used in this research activity use case study methods in the project and look for information from project data and similar case study data and pre-existing journals. The purpose of this method is to know the difference in cost and time using materials other alternatives by collecting data. In the cost measurement for the exterior wall work of one condominium that is lightweight concrete panel wall of Rp. 311.556.248, precast concrete wall work (precast) of Rp. 644.964.077, And on the red brick wall work of Rp. 311.016.084. Ada beberapa perkembangan teknologi dan bahan material di bidang konstruksi sebagai pengganti material dinding bangunan konvensional, antara lain dinding panel beton ringan dan dinding beton pracetak (precast). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan biaya dan waktu antara penggunaan alternatif material dinding panel beton ringan, dinding beton pracetak (precast) dan dinding bata merah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode studi kasus yang ada di proyek dan mencari sumber-sumber informasi dari data proyek dan data studi kasus yang hampir sama serta jurnal-jurnal yang telah ada sebelumnya.Tujuan dari metode ini yaitu mengetahui selisih biaya dan waktu penggunaan alternatif material lain tersebut berdasarkan data-data yang terkumpul. Dalam hasil perhitungan didapat biaya pekerjaan untuk pekerjaan dinding exterior satu kondominium yaitu dinding panel beton ringan sebesar Rp. 311.556.248, pekerjaan dinding beton pracetak (precast) sebesar Rp. 644.964.077, Dan pada pekerjaan dinding bata merah sebesar Rp. 311.016.084.. Sehingga material dinding panel beton lebih efisien digunakan dilihat dari segi biaya pelaksanaannya. Kata kunci : dinding, panel beton ringan, precast, bata merah, biaya, waktu.
