The time that usually available, is only a spare time after work with the condition of tired parents. Then, young parents who do not have enough knowledge and experience about interactions with children, when they are in these conditions they found it difficult to get ideas to find ways that can trigger interaction between parents and children. Medias that has been used to help parents to interact with their children, are so far seems not enough to help parents to have certain quality of interaction with their child, at the remaining little time that parents have. To solve this problem, a product is made in the form of media that can help parents with the condition. The ideas of design that will be made, using the approach of the usual form of interaction between parents and children (physical interaction, verbal interaction, and emotional interaction). The result of the creation of this work, is interaction media in the form of a series of story books with various kinds of content that can help parents to easily interact with their children with good quality even in the limited time they have.

Fenomena banyaknya orangtua berusia muda yang sibuk bekerja sehingga tidak memiliki waktu yang cukup untuk dapat berinteraksi dengan anaknya setiap hari dapat dengan mudah dilihat pada masa ini. Waktu yang paling mungkin tersedia hanya waktu sepulang bekerja dengan kondisi orangtua yang lelah. Kemudian, orangtua muda yang belum memiliki cukup pengetahuan serta pengalaman tentang interaksi dengan anak ketika berada dalam kondisi tersebut menjadi sulit mendapatkan ide untuk menemukan cara yang dapat memicu interaksi antara orangtua dan anak. Media interaksi yang selama ini digunakan dirasa belum cukup membantu orangtua menghadirkan interaksi yang berkualitas dengan sisa kuantitas waktu sedikit yang dimiliki orangtua. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini dibuatlah sebuah produk berupa media yang dapat membantu orangtua dengan kondisi tersebut. Ide desain yang akan dibuat menggunakan pendekatan bentuk interaksi yang biasa terjadi antara orangtua dan anak (interaksi fisik, interaksi verbal, dan interaksi emosional). Hasil dari penciptaan karya ini berupa sebuah media interaksi dalam bentuk buku cerita berseri dengan macam macam konten yang dapat membantu orangtua untuk dapat mudah berinteraksi dengan anaknya dengan kualitas yang baik di keterbatasan waktu yang mereka miliki.
