  • ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of financial leverage on underpricing, the influence of return on assets against underpricing, and the influence of firm age on underpricing. This research is a kind of causal research with population at companies listed in Indonesia Sharia Shares Index (ISSI) and Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2010-2016. The result of this research shows that return on asset variable and firm age have an effect on IPO underpricing, while financial leverage has no effect on underpricing. Keyword : Underpricing IPO, Financial Leverage, Return on Asset, Firm Age ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial leverage terhadap underpricing, pengaruh return on asset terhadap underpricing, dan pengaruh umur perusahaan terhadap underpricing. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kausal dengan populasi penelitian pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) dan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2010-2016. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel return on asset dan umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap underpricing IPO, sedangkan financial leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap underpricing.
