  • ABSTRACT The research aims to know the influence of discipline, competence on employee performance. The object for this research is all employees of the Public Institution Radio Republik Indonesia. The population in this research were 200 employees with Slovin’s formula. The samples in this research were 41 employees. Data collection using questionnaire and then the data were analyzed using multiple linier regression. Data processing for statictical test performed with SPSS version 23. The results of the analyzed shows that (1) the discipline had a positive effect on the employee’s performance, (2) the competence did not affect the performance of the employee’s of the Public Brodcasting Institution of Radio Republik Indnesia.
