personality wit premarital sex behavior in high school students of class XI IPS in
subdistrict Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta. The research approach is done
using quantitative approach. The sample used in this study as many as 260
respondents both men and women. Sampling technique used is Stratified Sampling
technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship
between Extraversion personality and premarital sex behavior, where the
correlation coefficient is 0.166. And there is also a significant relationship
between Openness personality with premarital sex behavior, where the
correlation coefficient of 0.131 While for Neuroticism, Agreeableness, and
Conscientiousness have no significant relationship with premarital sex behavior

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepribadian
Big Five dengan perilaku seks pranikah pada siswa-siswi SMA kelas XI IPS di
kecamatan Grogol Petamburan Jakarta Barat. Pendekatan penelitian yang
dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini sebanyak 260 responden baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Teknik
sampling yang digunakan ialah teknik Stratified Sampling. Hasil dari penelitian
ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepribadian
Extraversion dengan perilaku seks pranikah, dimana koefisian korelasinya sebesar
0,166. Dan juga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepribadian Openness
dengan perilaku seks pranikah, dimana koefisian korelasinya sebesar 0,131
Sedangkan untuk Neuroticism, Agreeableness, dan Conscientiousness tidak
memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku seks pranikah.
