Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dan didapatkan bahwa model yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah random effect. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai adjusted R-square sebesar 0.508400 atau 50,84%. Secara parsial menujukkan bahwa variabel Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, dan variabel Price to Book Value (PBV) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Sedangkan Return On Equity (ROE) negatif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham.
