- Education activities cannot be separated from the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Let is not longer just as a supporter but also became one of the competitive advantage for the world of education. Beside the ease of which is obtained by the use of ICT equipment either computer or laptop there are also the effects coused by ICT equipment, ICT equipment actually is not environmentally friendly because many energy used to operate ICT equipment of also the waste generated by the ICT Equipment. In Baturaja University itself occured the in creasing of the cost of electrical energy increasing of the cost of electrical energy comsumption quite sharpy the lost three years. To overcome this problem there should be the efford and strategies that should be implemented so that could create green computing in daily activities of campus environment. In this study the authors analyze the Strenght and Weakness , Opportunity and Threats of the institution using SWOT Analisys based on the SWOT methode, it cn cloudedthe conditions of UNBARA are in quadran 1on the internal ekternal matriks on Grow position. the stategy developed is SO ( Strenght-Oppotunity) is creating a strategy that used power to take advantage of opportunities, namely : using the product of ICT equipment that have aged longer life, use virtualization, the addition of ICT infrastrukture according to the addition of ICT infrastucture according to the needs the development of qualiy of human resources through ICT training and workshops.
