- ABSTRACT This research is aimed to examine and find out empirical evidence of the positive influence of operating cash flow and operating earnings on stock price. Sample used in this research are manufacturing companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia in 1 year obsevation period (2007). Total samples are 50 companies. The Data are collected using simple random sampling methode. The component of cash flow used is the operating cash flow with direct methode from the cash flow report. Operating earnings is measured using Income statement. The result of path analysis shows that operating cash flow and operating earnings have influence stock price.
