ABSTRACT This Research was about the influence of Sunset Policy Program with study case of Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Kebayoran Baru Satu.The purpose of this research is how to know the influence of Sunset Policy Program toward tax revenue and tax payer loyallity. This Research was using of the deskriptif kuantitatif Method. The result of the research is Sunset Policy Program increase tax payer loyallity about 7.24% and increase tax revenue about Rp. 23.674.057.358 for period of 2008.
