- ABSTRACK This research was about evaluation compilation of budget as a means of operating expenses planning and control at Perum Perumnas Regional Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa (Rusunawa). The purpose of this research is how to know the application compilation of budget and know do execution compilation of budget have been done effectively. The research was using of the descriptive method. The result of this research is that execution compilation of budget use mixture method among top down method and bottom up method and compilation of budget have been put accross by Perum Perumnas Regional Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa (Rusunawa).
