- This research aimed at knowing relations between self efficacy, adversity quotient and the studying motivation to the student the Senior High School of Darul Ulum 2 BPP- Teknologi Jombang. The subject of the research was the students totalling 62 students. In the taking of the sample used the Purposive Sampling Technique. The hypothesis that was put forward in this research had relations between self efficacy, adversity quotient and the high-achieving motivation. The independent variables are self efficacy, and adversity quotient whereas the variable depended him the motivation was high-achieving. The self efficacy was measured with the Scale self efficacy, adversity quotient was measured with the Scale adversity quotient, and the high-achieving motivation was measured with the scale of the high-achieving motivation. From results of the analysis of the data by using the Series computer of the Statistik Program (SPS-2000) the Analysis module of Regression, Edisi Sutrisno Hadi and Yuni Pamardiningsih, the University Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, the IBM/IN, Copyright 2001, with results was received by the value F = 19,496, and p = 0.000 (p p
