- Model of the dynamics of HIV infection with the mutan virus and the Immune System is a mathematical model that describes the interactions between healthy T cells, in infected cells, and the HIV virus. The models obtained three equilibrium points, which has an endemic equilibrium point and the point of equilibrium without the disease. By doing stability analysis, the stability of the equilibrium point has obtained depends on the model of the basic reproduction number (R01 dan R02). For the equilibrium point E1 system will be asymptotically stable when the basic reproduction number, R01 < 1, R02 < 1. For E2 equilibrium when the basic reproduction number, R01 > 1, R01 > R02. then, the system asymptotically stable. As for the equilibrium point E3 system will be asymptotically stable if the basic reproduction number R02 > 1,R02 > R01. In this thesis also performed numerical simulations, it can be seen that the number of healthy T cell population reproduction rate of the population has affected by the HIV virus.
