- An attempt to decrease the number of residents with family planning programs, such as by using a hormonal contraceptive device. This research supposed to recognize factors that has correlation with the using of hormonal contraception method to KB program acceptor in Pasarwajo village, Pasarwajo District, Buton Region, Province of South East Sulawesi. Type research that used in this research is observastional analytics research with cross sectional studies approaching. Population number as much as 375 people with 145 sample as Family Planning active acceptor. Sample choosed by systematic random sampling. Hypothesis testing by chi square (?? =0,05), and coefisien phi test. The result of research shows that there are a postive correlation between nowadays mother???s age (p=0,004, ??=0,228), first utter age (p=0,006, ??=0,328), family income (p=0,013, ??=0,232), amount life children (p=0,031, ??=0,188), costs of contraception (p=0,001, ?? =0,288), husband support (p=0,034, ?? =0,255), with hormonal contraception method using. In the other hand, first married age (p=0,107), education (p=0,179), and KB program officer???s advertisement (p=0,536), has negative correlation with hormonal contraception method using. This research propose to Family Planning program officer to inform more to the mothers, husband and society to be more understand in active in following KB program and to know the urgency of contraception using.
