- The study was conducted since December 2010 to March 2011 Descriptive and statistical methods were applied in this study fish gonad was determined and examined by morphological and histological method. Gonad, maturity levels (GML), methods, early matured gonad was examined morphologically and fecundity were examined by gravimetric method in the like limboto. Gonad maturity index, and fecundity were examined morphologically, and utilization level was determined according to King. The fecundity ranged between 177,90 -183,39 mm . Eggs diameter found in GML Il and lll were in the range of 0,042-0,779 cm in length. The results showed that the fecundity ranged from 4878-336.156 eggs. There was a positive correlation between fecundity(y-total eggs), and total length (X; cm), or body weight (X;g). Eggs diameter found in Gonad maturation level (GML)lV. Were in the range 2,29 -2,44 mm. The relationship between length and weight showed that the increase of length and weight was isometric
