- Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui harga pokok pelayanan pasien rawat inap pada Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Makassar. Dalam penyusunan skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan menunjukkan perhitungan harga pokok pelayanan rawat inap yang dikumpulkan dari hasil observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi, yang diolah berdasarkan dalam landasan teori. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari mengumpulkan data dengan cara mencatat serta menyimpan data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian, yang telah diberikan oleh pihak objek penelitian. Peneliti juga mengumpulkan literatur-literatur yang relevan dan mendukung pembahasan penelitian. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan harga pokok rawat inap pada Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Makassar berdasarkan pendekatan teoritis, maka diperoleh harga pokok rawat inap untuk kelas Ia yaitu sebesar Rp 104.585. Harga pokok rawat inap untuk kelas Ib sebesar Rp 96.935, harga pokok rawat inap untuk kelas II sebesar Rp 94.312, dan harga pokok rawat inap untuk kelas III yaitu sebesar Rp 94.489. Perhitungan tersebut dilakukan dengan menghitung alokasi biaya ke masing-masing kelas dengan menggunakan alokasi biaya bersama (joint cost) kemudian menghitung biaya per unit per pasien. Kata kunci: harga pokok, rumah sakit, akuntansi manajemen. The purpose of this study was to determine the cost of inpatient care at Ibnu Sina Hospital Makassar. In the preparation of this thesis, the writer uses descriptive quantitative method is to show the calculation of the cost of inpatient care were collected from observations, interviews and documentation, which is processed based on the basic theory. The data were obtained from the collected data by recording and storing the data required in the study, which was granted by the research object. Researchers also collected relevant literature and research to support the discussion. Conclusion Based on the calculation of the cost of inpatient care at Ibn Sina Hospital Makassar based on a theoretical approach, the cost of hospitalization is obtained for a class he is Rp 104,585. Cost of hospitalization for class Ib is Rp 96,935, the cost of hospitalization for grade II of Rp 94,312, and the cost of hospitalization for grade III is Rp 94,489. The calculation is done by calculating the allocation of cost to each class using the allocation of shared costs (joint cost) and then calculate the cost per unit per patient.
