- ABSTRACT ZnO: NiO heterostructure has been grown by using solin spin coating technique. The thin layer is varied 3x coating, 6x coating, 10x coating, and 11x coating. The properties of the structure and optical properties of these layers were identified using XRD and UV-Vis measurements. The XRD results show that the decrease in the size of the crystal by the increasing number of coatings. The energy band gap obtained values are increasing with the number of coatings are increasing.
