- NUR AWALIA SYAHRI RAMADHANI Pengaruh Kombinasi Massage dan Neuro Development Treatment (NDT) Terhadap Kontrol Postural Duduk pada Anak Cerebral Palsy tipe Spastic(dibimbing oleh Nurhikmawati Hasbiah dan Dwi Rustyanto) Anak dengan Cerebral Palsy tipe Spasticmengalami berbagai gangguan postural.Salah satunya adalah gangguan postural duduk yang dapat diukur dengan Level of Sitting Scale (LSS).Terdapat berbagai jenis teknik yang digunakan untuk menangani anak Cerebral Palsy tipe Spasticnamun belum ada yang dinilai sebagai teknik terbaik.Maka dari itu peneliti bermaksud untuk melakukan penelitian dan mengkombinasikan teknik Massage dan Neuro Development Treatment (NDT) yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan postural duduk pada anak Cerebral Palsy tipe Spastic. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah memberikan intervensi kombinasi Massage dan Neuro Development Treatment (NDT) kepada 20 orang anak dengan Cerebral Palsy tipe Spasticyang telah diukur sebelumnya menggunakan Level of Sitting Scale (LSS) untuk mendapatkan data pre-test. Intervensi dilakukan selama 6 kali pertemuan. Setelah itu kembali sampel diukur menggunakan parameter yang sama untuk mendapatkan data post-test. Selanjutnya data pre-test dan post-test di uji beda menggunakan Uji T Berpasangan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara data pre-test dan post-tes (p < 0.01) maka dengan demikin dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kombinasi Massage dan Neuro Development Treatment (NDT)terhadap kemampuan postural duduk pada anak Cerebral Palsy tipe Spastic. NUR AWALIA SYAHRI RAMADHANI The influence of Combination Massage and Neuro Development Treatment to Sitting Postural Skill Children with Cerebral Palsy type Spastic (supervised by Nurhikmawati Hasbiah dan Dwi Rustyanto) Children with Cerebral Palsy type spastic have several postural problems. One of them is sitting postural problem. There are many techniques can be used to treat children with Cerebral Palsy type Spastic but there is no the best technique yet of them. So, the student wants to do a study with combining these techniques, Massage and Neuro Development Treatment (NDT) to increase the sitting postural skill children with Cerebral Palsy type Spastic This study used to give Massage and Neuro Development Treatment (NDT) for 20 children with cerebral palsy type spastic that have been measured by Level of Sitting Scale (LSS) as pre-test data. After that, we treated the subjects for six times. Then, we used to measure the sitting postural with the same parameter to get the post-test data. After all the needed data have been collected, the pre-test and post-ted will be compared using T-Test Paired to have the result. The results showed there is difference between pre-test and post-test (p < 0.01). With this result, the study showed the influence of combining Massage Neuro Development Treatment (NDT) to Sitting Postural Skill Children with Cerebral Palsy.
