Partnership formed by the union???s perception of what will be achieved. It required a good communication strategy between the internal members. Therefore important to ensure that communication strategies are understood by employees. It is closely related to the relationship between superiors and subordinates, which mean that if a subordinate does not comprehend and understand what the boss wanted by the message. Then the frequency will increase one???s perception. As a result, many employees will work efficiency is reduced. The purpose of this study was to determine the organization???s communication strategy in Labuang Baji hospital in Makassar. This study used qualitative methods with qualitative descriptive approach to data collection techniques of interviews and observations. Based on this research it is known that the communication strategy of the organization in Labuang Baji Hospital Makassar still support the effective communication yet, this is because the oral message is less clear and bad writing from the superior are sometimes difficult task of subordinates. And the timing is not optimal due to the delivery of information that does not look at the situasion and condition at the time of delivery of the message causing the nurses complained that the delivery of message such as sudden changes in nurses schedules and schedules collide.
