- Experiment were conducted to investigate the effects of culture filtrate of three endophytic fungi isolate namely Fusarium sp; Trichoderma sp. dan Gliocladium sp. against root-knot nematode Meloidogyne spp. Experiment using completely randomized design, where the observationwere made at 2, 6, 12 and 24 hours of mortality of root knot nematode Meloidogyne spp. Results of the study showed that all culture filtrate of endophytic fungi have potential as biopesticides against Meloidogyne spp. and culture filtrate can be used as bio-nematicides
