  • The research was conducted at the Laboratory of Animal Feed Industry and Technology Faculty of Animal Science, Hasanuddin University. The materials used are 1 day old broiler chickens (DOC) as much as 64 tails with gender mix, flour katuk leaves, and turmeric rhizome powder. Basic ration consisting of concentrate, rice bran, yellow corn, coconut oil, and water . Ration P0 (control), P1 (basic rations + 1% leaf flour katuk), P2 (basic rations + 1% turmeric rhizome powder), P3 (basic rations + 0,5% leaf flour katuk + 0,5% turmeric rhizome powder) with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The parameters observed were ration consumption and Income Over And Feed Chick Cost. This study told effect katuk mash, curcuma mash and its combination to parameter Broiler consumption and Income Over Feed And Chick Cost not significant different. From this study conclude that giving katuk mash combined with curcuma doesn???t have effect to Broiler consumption and Income Over And Feed Chick Cost.
