- The production process is a series of activities in processing the raw material into a product with added value, will greatly affect the quality of products produced. The quality of a product is important thing to be considered in order to compete in industrial business world. To maintain the quality of the products, then performed the controlling of production process to achieve the quality standards that can be accepted by consumers. From Statistical Proses Control (SPC) point of view, a process that have the quality is a process that keeping the mean process not too different with the target and pure random patterned or random.
