Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Hotel Sahid Makassar

  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja karyawan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Hotel Sahid Jaya Makassar. Variabel independen yang diteliti yaitu; Disiplin Kerja(X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2), dengan variabel dependen yaitu Produktivitas Kerjapada Hotel Sahid Jaya Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 63 responden karyawan Hotel Sahid Jaya Makassar. Sedangkan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random sampling. Uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrumen penelitian berupa uji validitas dan uji realibilitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan:Y = 19,737 + 0,387X1 + 0,431X2 . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Produktivitas Kerjaadalah variabel Motivasi Kerja dengan koefisien sebesar 0,431. Nilai koefisien determinasi adjusted R Square sebesar 0. 381, artinya seluruh variabel turunan Produktivitas Kerjamempunyai kontribusi secara bersama-sama sebesar 38.1% terhadap variabel dependen (Y) yakni Produktivitas Kerja. Sisanya 61.9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar dari model penelitian ini. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kedua variabel independen terbukti signifikan mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja ABSTRACT The Influence of Job Discipline and Job Motivation to The Employee???s Job Productivity at Sahid Jaya Hotel Makassar Nurul Dwi Utami Muhammad Ismail Wahda This research purpose to know the influence of jobdiscipline and job motivation to the employee???s job productivity at Sahid Jaya Hotel Makassar. The independent variables in this research namely; JobDiscipline(X1) and Job Motivation (X2), and dependent variable namely Job Productivity at Sahidjaya Hotel Makassar. This research was used 63 respondent as sample of Sahidjaya Hotel Makassar employee???s. Sample was took by using random sampling method. The test was used for testing research instruments was validity test and realibility test. Hypothesis test was used F test and t test. The results of this research showed that based on multiple regression analysis was obtained equation as follows: Y = 19,737 + 0,387X1 + 0,431X2. Themost dominant variable influence to Job Productivity was Job Motivationvariable with coefficient amount 0.431. The coefficient value of determination adjusted (R2) amount 0.381, it means all of independent variables of Employee???sJob Productivityhave contribution simultaneously amount 38.1% toward dependent variable (Y) namely Employee???sJob Productivity. The other amount 61.9% influenced by other factors that not include in this research. The hypothesis test by using t test indicated that all independent variables have significant influence to the dependent variable.
