The process of reaching these goal is done with 3 steps, they are: with get the description of mean score from last 3 years participant data, and then it will compare with mean score of EPPS norm at 1975. Last, the new norm of EPPS will be developed. The sampling process in this research is use incidental sampling. The result of this research shows that from the last 3 years participant data, the needs who have a higher mean score is Achievement, Affiliation, Intraception, Abasement, Nurturance, Change, Endurance, Exhibition, and Dominance. The Needs who have a average mean score is Succorance. While the needs who have a lower mean score is Deference, Order, Autonomy, Heterosexuality, and Aggression. The comparison result between 1975&#x2019;s mean score of EPPS with last 3 year mean score of participant data shows a significantly differentiation at the whole kind of needs.
