  • The company realizes if you want to seriously achieve the vision, mission, and strategy owned by the company, the company must first take measurements of what has been achieved by the company. But the achievement is measured only in financial terms, for it takes a performance appraisal system that is able to measure the performance of various aspects, namely the Balanced Scorecard. From the results obtained by the design of the Balanced Scorecard strategic objectives and Key Performance Indicator transform each perspective of the Balanced Scorecard. Then, by using Analytical Hierarchy Process knowable contribution interests of each strategic objective. Results of measurement of performance values in this study is at a value of 2.46, which means not good enough. Based on the results of these measurements are given design and strategic proposals as an improvement that can be used by the company in the next year.
