As the year grow, the percentage of this special kid growing rapidly. Many experiment have been conducted focusing on how the parents adjusting to their children condition, mainly about the mother's adjustment. That is why the researcher find it interesting to see a different angle by focusing on the father's adjustment. The theory that's the researcher used is Haber and Runyon theory of a healthy adjustment which is about the right perception of reality, ability to overcome stress and fear, ability to value themselves and ability to express the emotion, and having a good interpersonal relationship. In this project, the researcher used three subjects aged 20-40 years old. According to Papalia these subjects are classified as young adult (Developmental age). The subjects are interviewed deeply on their own homes for comfort reason. As the interview goes on, the observation process coming along as well. As the project contucterd, the researcher found that these subjects are able to adjust to their kids condition using the Haber and Runyon Theory. In summary, these adjusment is the prove that fathers are able to adjust by setting themselves up and working along together with the mother.
