- Someone who has a high psychological well have a positive assessment against him/her and is able to act autonomously, and not easily washed away by environmental influences. There are six dimensions of psychological well-being of the Ryff scales, namely (a) self-acceptance, (b) positive relationships with others, (c) autonomy, (d) environmental mastery, (e) the purpose of life, and (f) personal growth. In general, police woman have the same functions and duties of police men, such as maintaining security and public order so that the government runs fine but for a police woman officer who has been married these tasks can be reduced along with family. This study aims to know the description of psychological well-being in the family policewoman who perform police functions of the unit. Image data for the psychological well-being using a scale of Ryff measurements illustrate that police had psychological well-being likely to be high with an average score of empirical psychological well-being 3.8990.
