- The aim of this research is to know the description of followership style and leadership style for leaders at Church X in Jakarta. This study involved 110 leaders of the Church X in Jakarta using accidental sampling technique. The result shows the most dominant followership style on the subject of the research is effective followership style, whereas the most dominant leadership style is selling leadership style. From crosstabulation analysis, subjects with passive followership style have participating leadership style. Subjects with conformist followership style have selling leadership style. Subjects with pragmatics followership style have delegating or participating or selling leadership style. Subject with effective followership style has some alternative leadership style, such as participating leadership style, telling leadership style, and selling leadership style. None of them has an alienated followership style.
