- Abstract The emergance of losses accident aircraft any flight operation will be there. But the risk of loss can basically be routed through an insurance mechanism. In air transportation activities in Indonesia, the passanger as consumer who suffered losses due to aircraft accident to obtain payment of compulsory accident insurance of passenger (first party insurance) under law No. 33 Year 1964 on Compulsory Insured Fund Passenger Acciedent, and laibility, and insurance payments (third party insurance) under Law No. 1 Year 2009 on Aviation.
