- Information freedom is supported by various rules that give media discretion to spread news to people. But the needs of informations in our society are vary, thus, it’s too hard for national mass media to disseminate appropriate and proportional information which meet the needs of the people in local society. There fore, local media tries to cover the gap can not be covered completely by national mass media. It seems, this condition develops the awareness about the importance of informations. Actualy local media still faces various profesionalism, institutional, fund availability and democratization problem. Hence, with all the limitation of local media that carries out the function of reporting an broadcasting which do not fulfil the needs of information in local society.
