- This study aimed to analyze the effect between web design quality and online user review quality to purchase intention in one e-commerce named ZALORA. This study uses 100 respondends to analyze the case, and the outcome from this study are both of web design quality and online user reviw quality were not effected to purchase intention if tested partially but the outcome are different if web design quality and online user review quality are tested simultaneously.
