- This research examines the impact among inventory method,firm size,and net income to price earning ratio in the manufacture companies, whichlisted at lndonesia's Stock Exchange/or the period 2006-2008. It also examinesthe difference of inventory method, firm size, and net income betweenfirms using FIFO and average. The result of univariate test shows that thereis no significant impact among inventory method to price earning ratio, butthere is significant impact between firm size and net income to price earningratio. The inventory method,firm size and net income using multivariate testshowed significant impact to earning price ratio. This research also showsthat there is difference in the firm size and net income between firins usingFIFO and average.
