  • "Self-efficacy is a belief in one's ability to organize and carry out the actions that necessary to produce the accomplished achievement (Bandura, 1997). Parenting is all forms and processes of interaction that occurs between parents and children which is a certain parenting style in the family that influences the child's personality development. The beginnings of self-efficacy growth are centered on parents, which can then be influenced by siblings, peers, and other adults. In this case parents, family members and the environment have an important role in the formation of self-efficacy of adolescent self. Different parenting will forming a different self-efficacy too. This research wants to know the difference of adolescent self-efficacy in terms of parenting father and mother's perception. This research is non-experimental quantitative research. The subject of this research are students from first grade & second grade of one high school in Depok as many as 208 people. The sampling method of this research is Restricted Probability Sampling. The data were collected by using self-efficacy & parenting questionnaires also method of statistical analysis with Two-Way Anova technique. From the results of the data obtained results F = 0.777; p = 0.508 this results indicates that there is no difference in adolescent self-efficacy in terms of perception parenting mother's and result F = 0.480; p = 0.697 indicating that there is no difference of adolescent selfefficacy in terms of perception parenting father's."
