- "Traits are a basic foundation that underlies the individual personality of thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Individuals disclose about their self in the social world. Several studies see the role of traits toward self-disclosure of social media’s users but not the teachers as a participan or subject and just using introvert and extrovert’s traits. This study attempts to look at the role in educational setting which subjects consisting of teachers who teach in elementary, junior high and high school. This study started from August 28th 2016 until 15th September 2016, with 121 teachers as a respondents. The method in this study using quantitative method with a non-experimental. The calculations show that r (121) = 8,471 and p = .000> 0.05. It can be concluded that there is a role of traits towars self-disclosure of social media’s users on teachers. "
