- Addictive behavior of MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing game) is uncontrolled behavior to fulfill a strong passion or desire to playing MMORPG. Loneliness is associated with negative emotions such as depression, anxiety, unhappiness, dissatisfaction, and shyness that’s make more tendency to online game addiction of MMORPG. Objective of this research is to prove that loneliness correlation to online game addiction of MMORPG, and to find out what kind of demographic factors addictive to MMORPG. The Instruments of the research are questionaires given to 119 adolescent and young adult players of MMORPG. The data has been processed with non parametric statistics with SPSS 12.0 sofftware. The result of research indicated that there is correlation between online game addiction and loneliness of MMORPG online gamers.
