- A lot of Indonesian citizen tried to guaranty the future with deposite their money, and the other way was insurance their money. We have to know that with inflation 10% every years, the value of Indonesian currency drop quickly. The effect was the growt of yield was 1.520% in securities company so the interest more interesting than bank deposite, so a lot of Indonesian citizen tried their luck to invest their money in security company (Dominic, 2008). Charlie (2006) said when broker predict the inflation, the anxiety begun. Broker have to give correct advise to the clients when the inflation happened. The broker have to resilience when stock drop. The aim for this research is to find how the resilience and anxiety factor effects early adulthood man on in the security factor. The data was taken through the process of survey, totalling 58 respondents, in which 50 of whom filled the criteria that was later processed. The results in the resilience subject matter included the dimensions of emotional regulation, control of impulse, optimism, causal analysis, empathy, self-efficacy and reaching out which led to higher levels to the subject. In addition, the cognitive dimensions of cognitive, motoric, somatic and affective were high in the subject of resilience as well.
