- " Physical appearance is one of a big concerns for an obese woman. An obese woman may feel anxious due to her obese condition that influences her physical appearance. This anxiety is associated with fear of having difficulties in finding life partner. This study aims to examine the relationship between obesity and the anxiety of Choosing life-partner. and involved 110 obese women at Jakarta, aged 18-30 years and have not been married yet. Data were collected through a questionnaire and the results show a significant correlation (p > 0,05) between obesity and the anxiety of choosing life-partner. "
