- " The purpose of this research is to show the descriptive of group cohesion on teenager soccer athlete in Jakarta area. Group cohesion is a dynamic process that is reflected in the tendency for a group to stick together and remain united in the pursuit of its instrumental objectives and/or for the satisfaction of member affective needs. This quantitative descriptive non-experiment research uses questionnaire on 100 participants. The statistical analysis is done by using SPSS for windows version 13 after getting the raw score from www.fitinfotech.com. Based on the four dimension of group cohesion which are attraction to group-task, attraction to group-social, group integration-task and group integration-social. The result show that subject have a very high cohesion on three aspect, which is: attraction to group-task (with mean value 5.75), attraction to group-social (with mean value 5.91), and group integration-task (with mean value 5.89). Meanwhile low cohesion score was found on group integration-social aspect (with mean value 5.31). "
