  • This research aim to get description about relationship between negotiation style and marketing of insurance's job performance. Beside that this research aim to find out which one from negotiation style more effective to increase job performance from marketing of insurance. Method for this research is quantitative and non experimental with analysis of variance design. The sample size 76 marketing of insurance from PT A1G Lippo Life. Based on the analysis of variance, the result showed that, there is a significant difference of job performance based on negotiation style, chi-square = 26.907, p < 0.05. Hard (52.97) and principled negotiation (51.28) more effective to increase job performance than soft (22.77) and tit-for-tat (32.55) negotiation.
