- In an effort to measure the performance of a company, the company is generally restricted to the financial statements. Use of the method Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS) is intended to improve the performance measurement system. The method used by PT. APSM and the results of the analysis, obtained 15 KPI based on the requirements of the company's stakeholders 5. With AHP method can be known importance weight of each KPI identified. Based on the scoring system using OMAX and Traffic Light System, known 7 KPI located on the green indicator, 5 KPI are in the yellow indicator, and 3 KPI are in the red indicator. KPI red berindikator a KPI that is under the target company to become a major priority for repairs. 3 KPI that is on the red indicator includes the number of new customers, the amount of production per period, and the amount of demand for the company's products. Improvement Proposed focused on KPI number of new customers.
