- This study aimed to find out the description of cognitive dissonance of the church servants sexual relations on adolescent males. Cognitive dissonance is a psychological state that is not fun, so that individuals feel or have two or two-conscious belief to the contrary then causes reduction. A servant of the church in general should have the manners and behavior can be role models for society. But in adolescents, there are external factors and internal improve adolescent sexual behavior. Servants of the church who get premarital sexual relations will experience cognitive dissonance because the behavior is contrary to religious norms. The subjects consisted of five male adolescents having status as a servant of the church when doing pre-marital sexual relations. The five subjects are adolescents aged between 14-24 years. From this research we can conclude that a servant of the church experience cognitive dissonance when premarital sex, but has a way different reduction.
