  • "The intensif of research is to find out the effect of personality traits of employee to job satisfaction. There are several personality characteristics brought by individual from one situation to another situations that have strong impact towards their level of satisfaction. Two major personality traits that are assumed to have an important role in terms of its impact towards job satisfaction, are self concept and locus of control. Regarding the relationship between self concept and locus of control with job satisfactionin this research has used a descriptive method Trough quantitative analysis. Results of the research towards respondents indicate there is a positive relationship between self concept and job satisfaction at the significant level 0.05 is about 0.883. This study also supports the relationship between locus of control and job satisfaction, at the significant level 0.05, the relationship is about 0.812. Regression analysis is done to identify the extent to which contribution of self concept and locus of control toward job satisfaction. is revealed that the self concept and locus of control contribute 64% towards the job satisfaction of the employees. T-test analysis indicates that there is difference of level of job satisfaction among the employees based on age, sex, education level, position, and according to department or division in the company. Finally, researcher hope this study will have the benefit to society to Jnderstand the job satisfaction more well, decrease the turn over of the employee, and increase the level ofjob satisfaction."
