- HIV/AIDS is an infective disease that is still uncurable until now and also feared by many people. ODHA (People who Suffered by HIV/AIDS) often to be discriminated on their own family and social environment. However, there are few people who care and even willing to help them by becoming buddies. This research purposes to find out the descriptive of helping behavior, the reason, and the factor that affect a person to willing and become a buddies. The methods on this research use in depth interview. The interview started from 20 January 2009 until 4 June 2009. The results from the four subjects are the perspective that ODHA is as same as other normal patients. The factors that affect them are bystanders effect, emphaty, and helping people who deserve to be helped.
