  • Work motivation is a process that encourages a person to do activities that lead to the achievement of a particular purpose. This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and the dimensions of personality types extrovert-introvert. Type of extrovert-introvert personality consists of seven dimensions, namely activity, sociability, risk taking, impulsiveness, reflectiveness, expressiveness, and responsibility. Subjects in this study amounted to 155 people. Retrieving data using non-probability sampling techniques and accidental sampling methods. Based on data analysis, there is a positive relationship between work motivation and personality types extrovert-introvert dimension of activity, sociability, risk taking, responsibility, and negative relationship between work motivation and personality types extrovert-introvert dimension of impulsiveness.
