- PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company that makes furniture with main products is the manufacture of doors. Door types observed in this study is PVC door. This study uses Six Sigma as product quality improvement efforts. DMAIC approach used to analyze and make improvements to the product PVC door. Based on the research that has been done, there are three major types of defects in this product, namely broken, deformed and curved surfaces. DPMO values obtained by 14 374 units and companies are at level 3, 69 sigma. Based on these results requires companies to make improvements in the quality of its products.
